Instructions for use
Diffusing: Add a few drops of essential oil to an essential oil burner with warm water or a diffuser to make the air in the room fresher and more fragrant.
Facial steaming: Add 2-3 drops of rose essential oil to a sink with hot water, then cover with a towel, place it 25-30cm away from the water and breathe deeply for 10-15 minutes to eliminate toxins on the skin and have a fresh, youthful skin and a comfortable spirit.
Bathing: Add 3-5 drops of essential oil to a warm bath and soak for 15-20 minutes to help soften the skin, relax the mind, prevent acne, beautify the skin and leave a charming fragrance on the body or you can add a few drops of essential oil to your daily shower gel.
Massage: Mix rose essential oil with base oil (jojoba oil, coconut oil) in a 1:30 ratio and massage to help stretch muscles, circulate blood, and relax.
